If you use AppFolio applications, we recommend connecting it to RentEngine so that prospect statuses will automatically be updated when an application is received in AppFolio.
Prospects are matched between the two systems using phone number and address.
This will keep your leasing data clean and turn off automatic follow-ups once an application is submitted.
