Overview
The Command Center lets you transfer calls internally and externally from the desktop version. This guide will show you how.
Transfer Internally
During the call, press the Transfer button at the top right in the call window
Press the Team button and choose your teammate
Click the transfer button and confirm in the pop-up
The call will end for you and connect the prospect with your teammate
Transfer Externally
During the call, press the Transfer button at the top right in the call window
Press the External button and choose your teammate
Click the transfer button and confirm in the pop-up
The call will end for you and connect the prospect with the external number
