Protect your team and your properties by blocking suspicious or abusive prospects.
Blocking a prospect
To block a prospect from scheduling a showing at any of your properties:
Find the prospect in the Command Center
Click Action > Block List
Press "Submit"
Now, the phone number and photo ID associated with that prospect will be blocked from ever scheduling a showing in your portfolio. Even if they re-inquire with a different name or email, the system will proactively block them.
