Many of the system-generated text messages can be customized to meet your company's brand voice and policies:
Navigate to Settings > Communication > Messages
Find the automatic message you'd like to edit and press the pencil icon
Edit the message, and optionally add variables (you'll see available variable below the message)
Press "Save"
Now all future versions of that message will use your customized wording.
