Setting Up Referral Rewards in the Admin Portal
Navigate to Rewards in your Admin Panel in the left hand nav and select the Referral Rewards tab.
Choose your reward type:
RepeatCash or a complimentary service
Set reward values:
Configure the reward amount for the referring patient and the referred friend. (ie. $50 RepeatCash per successful referral)
Tip: RepeatCash is recommended here because it builds value over time - patients can stack and spend it across visits, rather than juggling one-off coupons or discounts.
Enable any milestone bonuses after the third successful referral (optional; $150 milestone bonus after the third referral).
The milestone bonus is designed to keep patients sharing beyond a single referral by offering a larger reward once they hit three verified referrals in a six-month period.
Note: Referral Rewards are currently fixed at 3 successful referrals within 6 months.

Q: Can patients refer unlimited friends?
Yes. There’s no limit on how many referrals a patient can make or how many bonuses they can earn.
Q: Can I change the milestone goal or timeframe?
Not at this time. This is currently fixed at 3 successful referrals in 6 months.
Q: When does a referral count as successful?
A referral is considered successful once the referred friend completes a purchase or visit at your practice.
Q: Can I turn the program off at any time?
Yes. You can disable Referral Rewards or milestone bonuses directly in your Admin Portal at any time.
