How to Ship Your SkinDrop Product Back for a Return

Learn how to properly return your SkinDrop products after your return has been approved.

Shipping Instructions

  1. Repackage Your Product
    Please place your product back in its original packaging. Be sure to include all components, accessories, and any documentation that came with it.

  2. Seal Securely
    Close and seal your package tightly to help prevent any damage during shipping.

  3. Add the Return Label
    Clearly label your package with the following return address:

    RMD Fulfillment Returns
    7257 NE 4th Ave
    Miami, FL 33138
  4. Choose a Shipping Carrier
    You may use any reliable shipping carrier, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    • We recommend selecting a service that provides tracking and, if possible, insurance.

    • Be sure to keep your tracking number and receipt until your return has been fully processed.


Create and Print a Return Label

If you’d like to pre-create and print your own shipping label, you can do so directly with any of the major carriers below:


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect your return.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once it’s received by our Returns Department.

  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Keep your shipping receipt for your records until your return is complete.
