Overview
You can delete your Patient App account at any time from Account Details. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal information from RepeatMD’s patient-facing systems. Required transaction and financial records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
This article is for patients using the Patient App. Practice staff should direct deletion requests here rather than attempting to delete accounts on a patient’s behalf.
Why It Matters
Account deletion gives you control over your personal data:
Remove your personal information from RepeatMD messaging and engagement systems.
Complete deletion yourself without waiting for manual practice processing.
Meet privacy expectations when you no longer want an active app account.
For practice staff: self-service deletion reduces manual privacy-request handling while keeping consent on the patient’s side.
Before You Start
Deletion is initiated by you from the Patient App. Practices should not delete accounts on your behalf as a standard workflow.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Active memberships, unused credits, rewards, or RepeatCash do not block deletion, but you will lose access to them.
If you plan to return later, you must sign up again as a new user. Previous account data is not restored.
For account overview and other settings, see Manage account settings (Patient App).
