We know how busy you are and strive to make onboarding with us as effortless as possible. Here's an overview of the onboarding process, what we'll expect from you, and how we'll support you through your experience with us.

Here's what your onboarding experience will be like!

Getting Started

What We'll Do:

  • Our team will get to work building your app from the information your public website. You'll receive an email when this is done.

You'll Receive:

Access to your Admin panel

Access to your patient app customized with your branding

What We'll Need from Your Practice:

  • Understanding Your Team and Business: We'll collect information from you on all the key parties that will need to be involved in building and launching RepeatMD for your practice. Please fill out the form you receive!

  • [If you do not have a website]: We'll want to collect your branding basic: logo, color preferences via form. And, we'll gain a understanding of what your Discover tab for your clients should feature.

💡 Pro Tip: The faster you're able to complete our intake forms, the more quickly we'll be able to get to work building on your behalf.

Setting Up

What we'll do:

  • Create a onboarding link for your merchant account with Stripe

  • Meet with you 1:1 to walk through your patient app and decide on a welcome offer:

  • [optional] Add any visit rewards to your app

  • Create and ship your printed brand materials

  • Make any changes to your app setup

You'll Receive:

  • Access to digital copies of your brand materials

  • A one on one session with a RepeatMD setup expert | Book here

What we'll need from you:

  • Setting up your Stripe Account: To begin receiving payouts from transactions completed through the RepeatMD app, the practice owner will need to set up a Stripe merchant account. This account enables us to deposit funds directly into your business bank account. You'll receive a personalized onboarding link to create your Stripe account. If you have any questions or need assistance during the setup process, don’t hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.

    Helpful Resources:

  • Meeting with us and deciding on your welcome offer: We'll want to get on a video call to review your app and admin panel. In our call, we'll want to make sure you're comfortable with your welcome offer and with the look and feel of your patient app. You can sign up here.

  • Choosing your brand bundle: You'll select your favorite option from our beautifully designed brand material options.

💡 Pro Tip: Our brand bundle can take 7-10 days to arrive to your practice location, so deciding your welcome offer and prints early can help you receive those printed materials within a timeframe that works for you.

Training

What we'll do:

  • Train you and anyone on your team on RepeatMD

  • We'll offer open office hours to address your questions and concerns

What we'll need from you:

  • Complete your training [we recommend attending a live training] if you cannot then we do have a self-paced option for you.

💡 Pro Tip: Bring as many folks as you need to training. This will help ensure that everyone who needs to understand how to operate with RepeatMD.

Going Live

What we'll do:

  • Support you on and ongoing basis

What we'll need from you:

  • Start sharing your app with patients! We've got tons of resources on launching your app here.

  • Set up your brand bundle in your office.

  • Starting using RepeatMD! We like to set a goal of getting at least 3 transaction completed on the app in the first 4 weeks to create momentum to drive your success.

  • Let us know if you need any additional support.

💡 Pro Tip: Setting goals for your go-live is important. A great goal is get at least three patient payment completed in the platform within your first week of going live. This is a great way to challenge you and your team to get to offer that value to your patients.
