Overview
Onboarding on Lite and Professional tiers combines RepeatMD-led setup with tasks your practice completes between meetings. RepeatMD builds your branded app, guides you through Stripe and catalog setup, ships brand materials, and trains your team. You provide business details, complete intake forms, finish Stripe in the Admin Panel, and launch the app to patients.
This article is for practice owners and onboarding leads on Lite and Professional plans. For the in-admin Setup and Onboarding page checklist, see Complete your RepeatMD onboarding (Admin Panel).
Before You Start
Assign an onboarding lead who can complete intake forms and attend implementation calls.
Have your public website, logo, brand colors, and service menu ready (or plan to upload during Setup).
Confirm who will complete Stripe Connect setup (typically the practice owner or billing admin).
Block time for implementation calls and team training (live session recommended).
Lite and Professional onboarding includes printed brand materials with a 7–10 business day shipping window.
Why It Matters
A structured onboarding timeline gets you to revenue faster:
Early form completion accelerates app build and catalog draft creation.
Prompt Stripe setup unlocks patient checkouts and payouts without launch-day delays.
Team training prevents one admin from becoming a bottleneck after go-live.
Clear go-live goals (for example, three in-app transactions in the first month) build momentum.
How It Works
Onboarding moves through four phases. RepeatMD and your practice share responsibilities in each.
Phase 1: Getting started
RepeatMD: Builds your app from your public website and notifies you when it is ready.
You receive: Admin Panel access, a branded Patient App preview, and bonus resources (MedCommerce Blueprint and Benchmark Study — see Additional resources).
You provide: Intake form responses covering your team, business structure, and launch stakeholders. If you do not have a website, provide logo, color preferences, and guidance on what your Discover tab should feature for patients.
Phase 2: Setting up
RepeatMD: Creates your Stripe Connect account entry point, meets with you to review the Patient App, helps configure a welcome offer, optionally adds visit rewards, ships printed brand materials, and applies agreed app changes.
You receive: Digital brand material files and a one-on-one session with a RepeatMD setup expert (book here).
You provide:
Stripe setup — Finish bank account and identity verification in Settings → Payments & Billing. See Set up your Stripe account (Admin Panel). Also use these videos for support:
Implementation call — Review your app, welcome offer, and Admin Panel together (schedule here).
Brand bundle selection — Choose your printed materials design early so shipping aligns with go-live.
Phase 3: Training
RepeatMD: Trains your team and offers open office hours for questions.
You provide: Attendance at live training when possible (self-paced option available). Invite front desk, patient coordinators, and anyone who will use RepeatMD daily.
Phase 4: Going live
RepeatMD: Provides ongoing support after launch.
You provide: Share the app with patients, display brand materials in office, track early transaction goals, and request help when needed. See Resources to launch for launch playbooks.

Finish Stripe before go-live. Patients cannot complete checkouts until Connect setup is done.
Choose brand materials early. Print production and shipping can take 7–10 business days.
Bring the full team to training. Broad attendance reduces post-launch support tickets.
Set a measurable go-live goal. Three transactions in the first month creates early momentum.
Common Mistakes and FAQs
Q: How is this article different from “Complete your RepeatMD onboarding”?
A: This article describes the Lite/Professional CEM-led journey (forms, calls, brand shipping, training).
Q: Do I still receive a Stripe setup link by email?
A: RepeatMD now provisions Stripe Connect during onboarding. You finish bank and identity steps in the Admin Panel.
Q: What if I do not have a practice website?
A: Provide logo, brand colors, and Discover tab guidance on your intake form. RepeatMD builds from those inputs instead.
Q: How long until printed brand materials arrive?
A: Typically 7–10 business days after you select your brand bundle and complete production.
Q: Can I skip the implementation call?
A: The call is strongly recommended to finalize your welcome offer and confirm app readiness. Book through the scheduling link in Phase 2.
Q: What go-live goal should we set?
A: Many practices target at least three in-app patient transactions in the first four weeks to validate checkout, redemption, and staff workflows.
