How to Utilize Family Check-Ins on the Kiosk

We love it when the whole family wants to be involved in healthy practices, which is why we made it quick and easy to get the whole family Checked In at once with our Kiosk!

PSST!✨ Do you still need your Kiosk set up? We got you! You may CLICK HERE to learn how to do this.

First, you will need to check that your Advanced Settings are turned on for this Feature, which you may CLICK HERE to learn how to do.

Next, you will want to make sure your patients have their family members related to each other in Clerk. To do this head to the Details tab of the Patient Profile and scroll down to where it says Related People:

To add the related patients, select the three dots and hit Edit Relations. Here, you will want to flip the toggle that says Patient to ON and search the name of the related patient:

Once these options are saved, the Kiosk will look like this once the patient Checks In for the Kiosk:

From there, your patients can just check themselves in or the whole family at once!
