How to Set Up Marketing Influence in Revlitix

Introduction

Configure the Marketing Influence module in Revlitix to identify and optimize the marketing touchpoints that deliver the highest return on investment (ROI).

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process.​

Step 1: Access the Marketing Influence Module

  • Navigate to the marketing influence section within your Revlitix dashboard.

Step 2: Add Influence

  • Click the 'Add Influence' button to create a new influence tracker.

Step 3: Enter Name

  • Provide a distinctive name for your influence configuration to identify it quickly.

Step 4: Define Your Touchpoint

  • Determine which marketing touchpoints you believe are the most effective in terms of ROI.

Step 5: Add Touchpoint Name

  • Touchpoint Name: Input the name of the touchpoint you are setting up.​

Step 6: Select Campaign Type Options

  • Choose from the available campaign types that best describe your marketing activity.

Step 7: Enter Channel

  • Specify the marketing channel used for the touchpoint.

Step 8: Enter Object

  • Define the object associated with the touchpoint.

Step 9: Set Fields and Conditions to Compare With

  • Establish the fields and conditions for evaluating the touchpoint's performance.

Step 10: Add Key Metrics

  • Input the key metrics that will measure the success of the touchpoint.

Step 11: Add Multiple Touch Points

  • Click on the Add icon to include more touchpoints to your tracker.​

Step 12: Save it

  • Once you've configured all your touchpoints and fields, click Save to finalize

Setting Default Pipeline Values

Step 13: Choose Channel

  • Choose the channel from which you want to determine your pipeline value. [Set to CRM integrations by default]

Step 14: Select Object

  • Choose the relevant CRM object for the analysis (e.g., opportunities).

Step 15: Specify Field

  • Identify the specific field that represents the essential data for your tracking, such as deal size or stage.

Completing these steps will enable you to effectively track and analyze the ROI of different marketing touchpoints using Revlitix.
