Uninstalling Salla App (V.1)

📢 This article explains how to uninstall Salla App (Version 1). Version 2 is being rolled out gradually to all customers. You can check your installed version from the Orders page. If you have Version 2, click here to view the related articles.

Rewaa allows you to uninstall the Salla app if needed, for example, to reorganize products before accepting new orders or for other reasons. Uninstalling the app means that orders from Salla will no longer be received in Rewaa, and product synchronization between the two platforms will stop.

Steps to Uninstall the App

⚠️ It is not recommended to uninstall the app if there are new orders on Salla. Contact the technical support team via live chat on the platform or through WhatsApp for assistance.

  • Navigate to:
    Applications > Available Apps > Click on the Salla app.

  • Click on Uninstall.

  • Specify the reason for uninstalling the app.

  • Click on Uninstall to complete the process.
    The app will be uninstalled immediately.

2. Will products on Rewaa or Salla be affected after uninstalling the app?

Uninstalling the Salla app stops order reception and data synchronization between the platforms. However, product details, reports, customer data, and invoices will not be affected.

3. If I reinstall the Salla app, will orders created during the uninstallation period sync to Rewaa?

Orders will sync to Rewaa only when the platforms are connected. Orders created on Salla before linking or during the app's uninstallation period will not sync, even after reinstalling the app.

4. Will I still see previously received orders on Rewaa after uninstalling the Salla app?

Yes, previously received orders will still be visible under:

Sales & Customers > E-commerce Orders.

However, you cannot resolve errors related to these orders until the app is reinstalled.

5. How can I view previous sales from Salla after uninstalling the app?

You can view previous sales with issued invoices through:

  • Reports > Sales > Sales by Channel.

  • In the Channel Name field, select "Salla" for details. Click here for more information.
