Rewaa provides the option to uninstall the Zid application when necessary, such as reorganizing products before resuming order processing or other operational needs. Uninstalling the application will stop receiving orders from Zid and cease product synchronization between the two platforms.
Steps to Uninstall the Zid Application
⚠️ Recommendation: Avoid uninstalling the Zid app if there are new orders on the platform. Contact the support team via the in-app chat or WhatsApp for assistance.
Navigate to:
Applications > Available Apps > Zid.
Click on Uninstall.
Select the reason for uninstalling the application, then click Uninstall.
The application will be uninstalled immediately.

Uninstalling the Zid app stops receiving orders from Zid and halts synchronization between platforms. However:

3. If I reinstall the Zid application, will orders placed during the uninstallation period be synchronized?
No, only orders placed after re-establishing the integration will be received on Rewaa. Orders placed on Zid before integration or during uninstallation will not sync, even after reinstalling the app.
4. After uninstalling the Zid app, will I still see previously received orders in Rewaa?
Yes, previously received orders will remain under:
Sales & Customers > E-commerce Orders.
However, you won’t be able to resolve errors related to these orders unless you reinstall the Zid app.
5. How can I view previous sales data from Zid after uninstalling the app?
You can access previous sales data through:
Reports > Sales > Sales by Channel Report.
In the Channel Name field, select Zid to filter sales specific to Zid.
