Yes, you can exchange items for a different size or product. Exchanges are handled through our return and reorder process. Here's how it works:

How to exchange an item

  1. Log into your account and go to your order history

  2. Select the item you want to exchange

  3. Follow the return process and request an exchange

  4. Indicate the new size or product you want

  5. We'll process your return and send your new item

💡 Tip: Order your replacement item first if it's in stock. Then process the return immediately. This reduces downtime without your equipment.

Price differences

If exchanging for a more expensive item, you'll pay the price difference. If exchanging for a less expensive item, we'll credit the difference back to your original payment method (less any return shipping fees).

Exchange shipping

Return shipping is covered by our prepaid label. We'll cover standard shipping on your replacement item. Expedited shipping upgrades are available at additional cost.
