What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

How to document shipping damage, contact us, and what resolution to expect. Report within 48 hours of delivery.

My package arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry to hear that. We pack every order carefully, but sometimes damage happens during shipping. Here's what to do.

Step 1: Document the damage

Before you do anything else, take clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging (box, bag, or envelope) showing any visible damage.

  • The damaged product itself, multiple angles if possible.

  • The shipping label on the package.

These photos are essential for us to process a claim with the carrier.

Step 2: Contact us

Reach out through the chat widget on our website or email us at info@reyrr.se. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos from Step 1. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

What happens next

Depending on the situation, we'll offer one of the following:

  • Replacement. We'll send a new item at no cost to you, subject to availability.

  • Full refund. If the product is out of stock or you'd prefer your money back.

  • Partial refund. If the damage is cosmetic and you'd like to keep the item at a discount.

You won't need to pay return shipping for damaged items. We'll arrange a prepaid return label, or tell you to keep the item, depending on the case.

Time limit

Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and get you sorted as fast as possible.
