Subscription
After the first session, during the second payment, you have an opportunity to purchase a subscription for a package of sessions with a discount:
5% for a package of 4 sessions (valid for 4 weeks).
10% for a package of 8 sessions (valid for 8 weeks)
20% for a package of 16 sessions (valid for 16 weeks)
During the second payment, when you click on the Book option, you will see the following screen:
Here you can purchase a subscription or pay for a single session.
If you opt for a subscription, you have to choose the one that suits you best:
At the payment page, there is an automatic billing date for the next subscription period, a Renews option and several rules for using the subscription:
You can book several sessions at a time or one at a time, and you can view the booked sessions in the My therapists - My sessions section:
How do subscriptions work?
The subscription provides the customer with a balance of 4/8/16 sessions according to the selected plan. The subscription is renewed right after the end of the term.
All unbooked sessions before the renewal of the subscription are burned. However, you can book sessions for any date in the future, not just within the current payment period.
You can always cancel your subscription in your private account.
Can I transfer my subscription to another therapist?
Yes. We can transfer the balance of your sessions along with your subscription to another therapist. All available sessions in the balance will be transferred to another therapist according to their session price. To do this, contact our support service.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe in your private account. This will stop all subsequent automatic charges. All unused sessions will remain on your balance until the subscription end date. You will always have the option to renew your subscription in your private account.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
If no more than 14 days have passed since the payment and you have all sessions on the balance, you can request a refund.
