Note: Policy changes can only be made during renewal. Once enrolled, a member's plan coverage remains in place for the full plan year.

Every year on April 15th, we’ll adjust rates across all plans, ensuring they remain straightforward and consistent worldwide. These updates allow us to keep your coverage top-notch and continue delivering the exceptional service you trust and rely on.

When you first enroll your team members, you’ll choose their plan type, which will stay the same for the entire plan year. About 90 days before your team’s renewal date, open enrollment will begin. During this period, you can submit any changes to members' plan types, with the new selections becoming effective at renewal.
