Common mistakes are that you have information that should not be in the file, or haven't made the selection properly.

We know that this is a new way of working with analysis so it can be hard to get it right the first time. But if you make the selection properly from your CRM or payment system and you only leave the relevant information (zip codes) in the file it will work.

Common mistakes when :

  • That you upload information that is irrelevant and this can break the processing of the file. Make sure that you only include the zip codes and only have one tab in the file. Remove headlines and other text.

  • Make sure the file is in the compatible format: XLSX or CSV.

  • Mixing different markets. This means that if you want to analyse Norway customers, this should be in a separate file and separate analysis. Don’t mix zip codes from different countries .

  • That every zip code only appear once. This is a common mistake, that you only represent the zip code once even if you have many customers in the same zip code. If you have multiple customers in the same zip code they should appear as many times in the list as you have customers in the zip code.
