You can review Headshots both from your Dashboard and from the Headshots page.
WARNING: Deleting a photo will remove the photo permanently from your gallery and cannot be retrieved by you or our team. Deleted Headshots consume a credit.
Dashboard
Quick Review modal
Quickly review multiple Headshots by approving or rejecting them from the quick review model.
Quick Actions
Click the green check and then confirm to approve a Headshot. Click the gray X and then reject to reject a Headshot.
Contact Modal
Lastly, you can view the full size of the Headshot by clicking on the contacts image and then you can choose to accept or reject the submission from there.
Headshots Page
On the Headshots page, you can take similar quick actions as you can on the Dashboard page. Also, you can open up individual contacts and reject and request a retake from within the modal.
If you request a retake, you'll be prompted to write a short message with explanation to the contact.
Rejection Email
The email that users receive when you reject an email.
Accepting a Headshot
Accepting the photo will move it into the Accepted tab on the Headshots view.
Acceptance Email
The email that users receive when their headshot is accepted.
