Taking previous ballot information and adding it to your new "Best of" with SceneThink.

Second Street Platform:

Be sure to export the Winning Entrants from Second Street. We will use this to create the spreadsheet that we will import into your "Best of".

The spreadsheet head should like like this:

Updating the Spreadsheet:

In this step, we will need to update the spreadsheet to match the formatting to the "Best of" platform needs to import the CSV.

  1. Rename column A, "GroupName", to "group"

  2. Rename column B, "CategoryName", to "category"

  3. Rename column C, "EntrantName", to "submission"

  4. Delete column D, "Place"

  5. Rearrange column E, "Rank", and column F, "NumberOfVotes"

  6. Rename column D, "NumberOfVotes" to no_of_votes.

Last step is to save or export into a CSV file.
