What is a limited drop?

Some Supplier Storefronts will only let you place an order during a limited drop window.

Suppliers may set their Storefront up as a limited drop, which means unlike other Sellar Suppliers you can only place an order with them during the drop.

Every drop has a start and an end date. We will let you know how long till it starts and how long till it ends at the top of the page. If there isn't a drop planned, you can get notified of the next one.

Drops will start at 9am on release day and end at midnight on the end day.

When the drop starts you can place an order like you would with any other Supplier, learn how to do that here.

You can sign up to be reminded about the drop by clicking 'Notify me'. We will let you know when it goes live or when the next one is planned. Appearing in your notifications in Sellar and by email, to make sure you don't miss out on the drop!

Why can't I order right now?

It won't let me add anything to my basket. Why?

The Supplier has set up their Storefront to only allow orders during a drop window. There might be a few reasons for this:

  • They are a Sellar Imports Supplier - To make sure you have access the freshest possible beer from the top craft & independent brewers from outside the UK, these suppliers operate in drops to make it all work.

  • They don't brew all the time - Some Suppliers don't brew continuously throughout the year but it batches. So will create a drop in time with when everything is ready to ship.

However, you can be notified when the drop goes live or when the next one gets lined up by clicking 'Notify me'.
