If you need to cancel a transfer:
Email support@getsequence.io right away with the details of the transfer.
Our team will check the status and see if it can be stopped.
Important to Know
Transfers between Sequence accounts happen instantly and cannot be cancelled, but they can be easily reversed.
External transfers may still be in process, but timing is tight.
Even if you reach out right away, cancellation is not guaranteed.
