Start by recording your shifts
Your earnings history starts with the shifts you record. Each shift you add gives ServerLife more information to help you understand your income over time.
Start by tracking your tips and hours worked. With Premium, you can record more details, including:
Hourly wages
Separate cash and credit card tips
Tip-outs and tip-ins
Sales and tip percentage
Multiple jobs and positions
Mileage, delivery fees and expenses

Build your earnings history
As you record more shifts, you can start seeing the bigger picture of your income.
You can view your earnings by week, month or year, see totals and daily averages and identify patterns in how your income changes over time. With Premium, you can view weekly and monthly averages, compare periods or earnings across jobs and positions, and use advanced filters.
The details you record can also help ServerLife calculate things like your take-home earnings, tip percentage and other useful earnings metrics.
Set reminders
Set a reminder for a specific time of day to help you remember to record your earnings. With Premium, you can also set reminders for upcoming scheduled shifts so you get a notification before it’s time to work.
Set goals and track your progress
Available with ServerLife Premium. Set daily, weekly, monthly or yearly goals for tips, take-home earnings, sales, hours and more. Choose to display your goal progress at the top of your Calendar so you can see how close you are to reaching each goal as you record your shifts.
Add your work schedule
Available with ServerLife Premium. Add your upcoming shifts to keep your schedule and earnings in one place and set reminders before you work.
Your schedule can also help your forecast reflect the shifts ahead. Turn on Use my schedule in your forecast settings, and ServerLife will use your average earnings for each scheduled day of the week to estimate what you might earn.
