Turn optional fields on or off in Preferences or while adding a shift. Preferences sets your defaults for future entries.
Earnings and shift details
Basic: Tips, paychecks, hours worked (including start and end times), notes and days off.
Premium: Separate cash and credit card tips, hourly wages, tip-outs, tip-ins, service charges, sales and photos.
Tracking sales also lets ServerLife calculate your tip percentage.
Jobs and work details
Available with ServerLife Premium. Organize your shifts by job, position, shift type and section. Record covers (guests or clients) and compare earnings across different parts of your work.
Expenses, mileage and deliveries
Available with ServerLife Premium. Track work expenses, mileage, deliveries and delivery fees. ServerLife can also calculate earnings per mile and per delivery.
Work schedule and goals
Available with ServerLife Premium.
Schedule: Add upcoming shifts, set reminders and include scheduled days in your forecast by turning on Use my schedule.
Goals: Set daily, weekly, monthly or yearly targets and follow your progress on your Calendar.
Put your earnings history to work
What you record helps ServerLife show totals, daily averages, earnings patterns and a basic income forecast. Premium adds weekly and monthly averages, comparisons between periods and work details, advanced filters, a forecast range, what-if scenarios and a monthly goal check.
