How many people visited the same product page at least 3 times this week but still haven't placed an order?

Learn how to build a segment of customers who viewed the same product page at least 3 times this week but haven't placed an order — and put them to work in a discount or campaign.

Written by Swapnil Sangal

Customers who keep returning to the same product page but haven't bought yet are showing strong intent — something is holding them back. This segment captures them so you can act with a targeted offer or campaign before they lose interest.

The logic: visited a product page at least 3 times in the last 7 days, and completed zero orders in the same window.

How to Build This Segment

Step 1: Go to the Segments page and click New Segment in the top right. Select Dynamic List from the modal.

Step 2: Click Add Condition. Under Event Attributes, select Product Page Viewed.

Step 3: Set the frequency to at least 3 times in the last 7 days.

Step 4: Click Add Condition again. Under Event Attributes, select Order Completed.

Step 5: Set the frequency to exactly 0 times in the last 7 days. This filters out anyone who eventually bought, leaving only those still on the fence.

Step 6 (Optional): To target only those who never even added to cart, click Add Condition and select Added to Cart — exactly 0 times in the last 7 days. This is the most top-of-funnel cut of this audience, best suited for a Flo Product Page discount.

Add a title, then click Save. The left panel shows the live customer count for this segment.
