Resend the signing invitation - reminder e-mail

Reasons to resend the signing request:

  • The signer has lost the email with the signing link.

  • The signing request was created with Signing on premise, and you want to send the signer a reminder.

How do I resend the signing request?

  1. Log in to the Signhost web portal.

  2. Navigate to All transactions in the menu.

  3. Click on the blue icon behind the relevant transaction.

  4. Right-click on the link and choose 'Copy link address' or 'Copy link location'.

  5. You can then paste the link into an email from your mail program.

    ❗️Ensure that you copy the link exactly this way. If you open the link first and then copy it from the browser, the signer will not be able to open it.

Example:

The transaction needs to be signed by two signers. Signer 1 has successfully signed as shown in the audit trail. The second signer indicates that they have not yet received a signing link.
