Reasons to resend the signing request:
The signer has lost the email with the signing link.
The signing request was created with Signing on premise, and you want to send the signer a reminder.
You might mean something else:
Does the signer indicate that they did not receive an email? See the article Help, the signatory has not received the e-mail!
Do you want to edit a transaction? See the article Can I edit a transaction after sending?
How do I resend the signing request?
Please note: the transaction must have the status pending (status 10).
Log in to the Signhost web portal.
Navigate to Transactions in the menu.
Click on the eye symbol behind the relevant transaction.
Click on the three dots behind the relevant signer
You can choose ‘Copy link’ to get the link on your clipboard and share it in your own preferred way;
Or choose ‘Email link’ to open your email environment directly.
