Change the language of the portal or e-mails

In the Signhost webportal, you have the option to customise the language of the default e-mail message.

  • How do I change the language of the e-mail with the signing request?
    - If you do not provide your own e-mail message, we will use the language of the web portal. If you provide your own message, you determine the language in it.

    The invitation e-mail contains some fixed components, such as the signature link and validity date. The language of these elements can be adjusted per signatory under the advanced options when creating a transaction.

  •  What determines the language of the signing-viewer?
    - The language of the browser or signer chooses the language in the viewer.

  •  When I create a new user in the portal. What is the language of the e-mail invitation?
    - The language of the e-mail invite is the same as the language in the portal of the user who created the new user.

  • What determines the language of the transaction receipt?
    - The language of the web portal determines the language of the transaction receipt.
