The Omni Workbench is where you can see and manage the assessment activities on submitted applications. This article is a quick description of what you will see on the Omni workbench interface.

➡️ You can click through to full articles on each of the Workbench elements.

  1. A search function for you to search for specific applications. When you select an application, you will see the details/activities for that application.

  2. Filters (Queues) - All the applications you have access to can be filtered by a range of attributes. This side panel is all of the filters that you can use to change what you are looking at:

  3. Applications Toggle - This allows you to filter:

    1. View My Apps will filter the activities that you 'own'. As an Assessor, this give you visibility of all the assessment records and activities that have been delegated to you

    2. View By Channel. This is only useful if you have access to more than one channel for Omni Assessment. (eg you are a funder with many mortgage manager brands submitting applications for assessment).

  4. Tasks toggle - allows you to filter tasks for this application, by 'who' is currently delegated the task:

    1. Mine only - To only see tasks allocated or delegated to you, the logged in user

    2. All tasks - Generally allows you to see all outstanding tasks for the selected application (whether allocated to you or not). This is a good filter to see what's outstanding on an application, across all teams and users.

    3. Select - This allows you to be 'targeted' in your filtering. You can choose the person, role or team you wish to see allocated and assigned tasks for.

  5. Activity Status allows you to filter tasks by the Status of the task (eg Open, In Progress or Complete). You tick on or off the status types you want to be able to see.

  6. Primary participants shows the key people involved in the application.

  7. Types allows you to filter on 'types' of records in the workbench. Ticked buttons will be enabled. eg in the screen shot I have Process and Action Item ticked, so I am seeing those activities for this application.

  8. Timeline - The timeline shows a graphic with the application's progress to-date within the assessment workflow.

  9. Application status - Shows the application's current status within the assessment workflow. Note that this will automatically update as items in the assessment workflow are completed.

  10. Application Activity Counter - Shows any activities that are pending completion by you (have been allocated to you). In the screen shot, Kate is logged in; but all the activities are allocated to Peter (see item 15) on this application - so Kate has 0 tasks allocated.

  11. Digital Services Panel - gives you access to the Digital Services (eg Valuation, LMI, Credit Bureau, etc) that have been enabled in your Assessment workflows and will be used during assessment.

  12. Reporting (Print Forms, Documents) - allows you to generate any print forms throughout the assessment workflow (eg Approvals or Assessment Summaries)

  13. Action processes & actions - A searchable & filterable list of Action processes & items (assessment tasks) that need to be completed for the selected application, or an overview of all that are outstanding

  14. Process - The Omni Workbench will display all the Assessment Processes, and their statuses (eg Open, Completed, etc). An Assessment workflow is made up of a number of Processes:

    1. Process 1, which when completed triggers Process 2

    2. Process 2, which when completed triggers Process 3

    3. and so forth

  15. Action item - Each Process in an assessment workflow is made up of a number of Action Items. The Omni Workbench will display all of these Action items and their statuses (eg Open, Completed etc) ie:

    1. Process 1, which has x number of Action Items, which when completed triggers Process 2

    2. Process 2, which has x number of Action Items,, which when completed triggers Process 3

    3. and so forth
