The Omni Workbench has a number of filters to help you view your applications and pipeline work.
When you first login - the unfiltered view of your work
When you first login to Omni, you will get an 'unfiltered' view of your work. Here, Bob Assessor is logged in; and he has 7 applications allocated to him, with 34 items that need attention:
Bob is able to see on each line item some further detail such as the Application number/name; the Task and its status:
Bob is able to click on any of the line items to work on that line item.
Filtering your work
Bob is able to filter his workbench so that he is only looking at the line items that interest him. eg Bob might want to filter out all the 'complete' tasks on his applications. To do this, he will filter by the Activity status on the side filtering panel, by un-ticking all statuses except for Open, In Progress and Waiting:
Bob is also able to filter by "Type" of activity. eg if Bob wants to see his Assessment Modules (rather than Processes and Tasks), he can filter (tick) to Assessment (untick all other types):
Some other good filters are:
Filter to see all your outstanding Info Requests:
This can be useful to quickly see all the outstanding Info Requests that you are waiting on for your applications:
Filter to see all backchannel:
This can be useful if you have (eg) instructed a solicitor for settlement; and you are getting backchannel information/statuses back from the solicitor:
Filter to see tasks that you have assigned to other people:
This is useful to check on tasks that you have assigned to colleagues and are waiting on. Here Bob has filtered for all Open items, allocated to Ali Assessor:

You will get email updates from Omni each morning to remind you of your pipeline
As an assessor who 'owns' any applications or tasks in Omni, you will get an email each morning to remind you of what's outstanding in your pipeline:
You will get an email alert when an application is allocated to you
