The Appointments tab in SKED allows you to easily view, schedule, and manage your practice members’ appointments. You can quickly check past and upcoming visits, make adjustments, and stay organized — all within one convenient section.


Viewing Appointments

The Appointments tab allows you to view a practice member’s appointments. Use the date finder to view both past and upcoming appointments.


Scheduling a New Appointment

To schedule a new appointment:

  1. Click the Add button.

  2. Enter the appointment date, time, and type.

💡 The available times are color-coded to show office busyness:

  • 🟩 Green – Not busy

  • 🟨 Yellow – Busy

  • 🟥 Red – Very busy

Click the plus (+) icon to schedule additional appointments.
Once you’ve finished, click Save.


Viewing or Editing Existing Appointments

To view or make changes to an existing appointment, simply click on it.
You’ll be able to see the type, status, and appointment history.

To make changes:

  • Click Reschedule to pick a new date and time.

  • Click Cancel Appointment to remove it.
