This tutorial will guide you through the steps to verify a patient’s SKED app registration. In the Clients tab, locate your client and open their patient file.

If there is a phone icon next to their name, this means that the client is registered for the app. You can hover over the phone icon or click Show More to view how the client is registered.

SKED will list whether the client is registered with Google, Facebook, Apple, or Email.

If the client’s file shows that they are registered with Apple, they will need to choose the Sign in with Apple option on the login screen of the app.

If the app registration lists an email address, this indicates that the client is registered with email and will need to log into their app account by choosing the Sign in with Email option on the login screen of the app.
