Managing Grouped Accounts in SKED

Grouping practice members together allows one person to register and manage both their own appointments and those of anyone they are grouped with. This feature is especially useful for parents who want to manage their children’s appointments without creating a separate app account for each child.

How to group members in Genesis:

  1. Assign the same unique barcode to each person’s account in Genesis.

  2. Once all members have the same barcode, allow a few moments for SKED to sync the changes.

  3. In the SKED app, have the primary member swipe down to refresh or clear the cache, then re-open the app.

  4. Navigate to Settings > Group Settings. Here, they should now see everyone in their group.
