Here are a couple of things to check:
1. Click on your schedule name in the Daily Data tab, Then click on the 'Actions' button and select 'Edit Calendar Details'. Once here, do you see that the rotating box is checked?

If yes - ensure that the Start/End dates match your school calendar/schedule.

Single User Access: Ensure that only one user is accessing the account at a time. The SLP Toolkit system supports single-user access to maintain consistency.
Limit Device Logins: Avoid simultaneous logins or data entry across multiple devices. For best results, use the account on no more than two devices. These practices help prevent conflicts in saving changes and ensure data integrity.## Best practices for maintaining your schedule
Regularly review and update your schedule to reflect current requirements.
Schedule adjustments should be coordinated within teams to avoid overlapping changes.
Avoid revisiting old schedules unnecessarily, as retroactive changes can disrupt historical data.
