Offers Management
The Offers feature allows you to set up promotions to drive plan member engagement. These offers are shown to users in the app and on their monthly health reports (shared monthly via email). Offers can drive users from the app or monthly health reports to an online offer on your site or allow members to call you for more details.
Before you start, you need:
A background image for your Ad
Title of Ad
What is the offer
The terms of the offer
Image for the background of your promo
Creating an offer
Go to Partner Dashboard Settings (LINK) > Offers > Choose “Add New Offer” to start a new Offer draft.
Choose “Add new Offer.”
Name your offer and give a description
Choose “Add Image” to upload a background image to the offer background that will appear in the app, or select one of the options that we have chosen for you
You can also add a custom add by choosing “Upload preview banner”
Add the Start and End Date that you’d like your offer to be viewable in the app, or choose the option “Ongoing offer” if it is a permanent offer
Click the checkbox for notifications if you would like to notify your members about the new offer that you are creating for them
Select the plans that you would like to include the offer
For offer Info, choose if you like the tracked Call to Action button to be a clickthrough to a Website URL or if you want it be a phone call
Add specific details or terms of the offer in the “more details” area
When you are ready to go live with your Offer, choose “Activate offer”
After the start date of your offer, your member will now see the offer in their app and on their monthly health reports (shared monthly via email).

You can use offers to give special discounts on services based on plan discounts
You can build loyalty by providing offers that keep them top of mind for your members
Members like to see included offers that they can get more than just emergency benefits through their plan
