Here's an overview of the key features your members have access to once they are onboarded.

Home screen

Your member's home screen features your branding and gives them an overview of their home's overall health, along with any actions they need to take to resolve issues.

Breakdown risk

Members can navigate further in the app to see the details of their breakdown risk for their HVAC units.

Filter management

Members can monitor their filter life and reorder filters right to their door directly from the app.

Insights

Members can see insights on the runtime and performance of their HVAC units.

Service booking

Members can request a service time or, with some integrations like ServiceTitan real-time scheduling, book a time directly on your schedule.

Rewards

Membership rewards like filter vouchers, Comfort Credit sign-up bonuses, and vouchers can be seen in the Rewards area.
