Log in to your noc.smartac.com account
Click on the $ icon to go to the “Rewards” section.
Once you are in the Rewards center, locate/search the member whose balance you want to check. You can click on the magnifying glass to search for the username or scroll to find it.
When the member is located, under the category “Credit Balance” you will be able to see the member's total credit balance.
