Login to your noc.smartac.com account
Click on the $ icon to go to the “Rewards” section
Once you are in the Rewards center, locate/search the member that you need to adjust credits for and click “EDIT” on the far right of the row.
A window will pop up. From there, select “Credits” under “Rewards Type” and “Subtract” under “Transaction Type”. Input the “Credit Amount” which is the amount of credits you are subtracting from their balance. Lastly, label the credit under “Reason given to Homeowner”, this could be the customer's invoice number or something such as “Credit adjustment”. Keep in mind that the member will see the reason you input for subtracting the credit.
