Log in to your noc.smartac.com account
Click on the $ icon to go to the “Rewards” section
Once you are in the Rewards center, locate/search the member that you need to adjust credits for and click “EDIT” on the far right of the row.
A window will pop up. From there, select “Credits” under “Rewards Type” and “Add” under “Transaction Type”. Input the “Credit Amount” which is the amount of credits you are adding to their balance.
Lastly, label the credit under “Reason given to Homeowner”, this could be anything as simple as their invoice number or more open ended such as “Winback credit” or “Credit adjustment”. Keep in mind that the member will see in their app the reason for adding the credit that you input.
