How can I deactivate a member’s account?

Login to Noc.smartac.com

go to “Members”

Use the search bar to find the user you want to deactivate and click on it

On the right side of the screen, click on the drop-down menu (the 3-line icon) and then click on "deactivate member.”

Choose the reason why you are deactivating the user, add any additional notes and confirm.
