If video chat is enabled for your homeowners, you can filter by technician availability:
In the Technicians tab, open the Video Chat on Call dropdown menu on the far right.
Choose between:
ON: Shows technicians who have video chat turned on.
OFF: Shows technicians without video chat access.
This makes it easy to identify which technicians are ready to handle homeowner video calls.
