How can I see a technician’s account status, and if they’ve accepted their Pro App invite?

  1. Upon logging into the Dashboard, you will want to navigate to the Technician tab by clicking the “hat” icon on the tabs at the top of the dashboard screen. When selected, the icon will turn light blue.

  2. Then click on the “account status” dropdown, which will allow you to filter by a status.

*Default view will filter by active only

  • Active is a list of all Technicians who have access to the SmartAC.com Pro App

  • Deactivated is a list of all technicians who previously had access but have been removed. This would include anyone who is no longer with the company or no longer requires access to the SmartAC.com Pro App.

  • Pending is the list of technicians who have been invited to the SmartAC.com Pro App, and have been sent the welcome email to complete their login, but have not been able to
