Why Campaign Codes Matter
Campaign codes are essential for tracking which customers and service requests originate from SmartAC monitoring within ServiceTitan.
Without them, it’s difficult to tell whether a service request came from SmartAC, another marketing source, or a different lead altogether — which can make your reporting less accurate and ROI harder to measure.
By setting up specific campaign codes, you ensure your team can clearly identify SmartAC-generated jobs and understand their value.
Log in to your Service Titan Portal.
From the main menu, go to Settings
In the left-hand menu, search or scroll down and select Operations.
Choose Campaigns
Then, at the top of the screen, click on “Add”
Enter your campaign name:
SmartAC.com – Customer Service Request
SmartAC.com – System Monitoring
SmartAC.com – Proactive Prevention
Fill in all the fields
Category
Business Unit
Advertised Number
Source
Medium
Save the Campaign
Now you can see the Campaign in your customer bookings
