Jobs are the actionable items that require your attention or follow-up. Two main items can be used to create a job: Service Requests and Opportunities.
Types of Jobs
Service Requests.
Service Requests are direct requests from members through the SmartAC.com app asking for service. These include:
Member-initiated service appointments
Specific dates and times preferred by the member
Notes from the member about the issue they're experiencing
System information and member contact details
Opportunities
Opportunities are system-generated alerts that indicate potential service needs based on monitoring data. These include:
Filter change alerts (high Delta P readings)
Poor cooling or heating performance
Extended runtime issues
System inefficiency alerts
Breakdown risk notifications
