After you complete your partnership agreement, your customer success manager will guide you through the onboarding process.

Onboarding Steps

  1. Set up your branding - Work with your customer success manager to configure your company's branding in the member-facing app.

  2. Receive your pilot kits - SmartAC.com ships your initial hardware so your team can begin installations.

  3. Plan your training - You and your customer success manager determine the timing and format for training based on your team's availability.

  4. Train your team - Complete training for CSRs, technicians, or both depending on your agreement.

  5. Start installing - Begin onboarding members and installing SmartAC hardware in homes.

What to Expect

The onboarding process varies based on your organization's size and partnership agreement. Your customer success manager will work with you to create a timeline that fits your team.
