Go to Service at noc.smartac.com/service.
Find the alert in the Opportunities area.
Choose an action:
Resolve - Mark the issue as fixed
Dismiss - Close the alert without action
Snooze - Temporarily hide the alert
Schedule - Create a service appointment
Cleared alerts move to the appropriate tab: Scheduled, Closed, or Snoozed.
If you have ServiceTitan integrated, the opportunities can be synced to bookings that will populate directly into your call booking area.
