The Resident Dashboard displays the percentage of residents currently engaged with the Resident App, as well as the number of new residents, all-time residents, and currently moved-in residents. It provides organizational admins clear insight into leasing metrics and the extent in which residents engage with SmartRent services.
Accessing the dashboard:
To access the Resident Dashboard in SmartRent, follow these steps:
Click on the Reports tab at the top of the page
Click Residents from the left sidebar menu
The Resident Engagement dashboard shows the following data:
Property Filter: A dropdown of all communities within the organization with the option to filter down to specific community data
Resident Engagement: The percent of current residents that have downloaded and logged into the Resident App, based on one resident per home
Total New Residents: Number of new residents moved-in over the last 30 days
Total All-Time Residents: The total number of residents who have moved-in since the organization was created in the SmartRent platform
Total Moved In Residents: A real-time look at the total number of residents who are currently moved-in
Moved-In Residents Graph: Trend of total number of moved-in residents per day over the last 30 days
