Features
Dashboard Tab - The new Dashboard tab gives residents the ability to fully customize their home screen by adding and removing widgets for Smart Devices, Scenes, Service Requests, Community Broadcasts, Access Codes, Access Passes and more. Additionally, residents can customize not only which widgets they see, but they can also control the order in which the widgets appear — allowing them to prioritize their most important devices and features.
Import Contacts for Guest Access Codes - Residents can now import contacts from their phone when creating Guest Access Codes, saving them time by no longer having to manually type in all of a guest’s contact information.
Updated Device Cards - Device cards have an updated design that makes it easier for residents to control their smart devices.
Work Management
Features
Scheduled Reports - A new update to Work Management makes it possible for users to schedule all reports to be automatically emailed at a predetermined cadence based on the report. This will help ensure that users receive necessary reports in a timely manner, according to the user’s timeline.
Alloy Install
Features
Lock Door Confirmation Message - This feature enhances security by prompting Admin, Manager, Integrator users to confirm that all locks are securely fastened. This prompt appears before completing a lock installation task, ensuring a safer and more reliable experience.
Remote Quality Assurance (QA) Flagging - This new feature streamlines the inspection process and enhances remote inspection efficiency and consistency by simplifying the tooling process. This update will help to enable quicker project completion and maintain our high quality standards.
Job/Project Indicators (AI) - With this new enhancement, Respective Roles can add flags to specific tasks within a job to alert users as to the reasons for the flag, thus facilitating more effective communication and enhancing project efficiency across the platform.
Flagged Task Notification - Now, when a task is flagged within a job, users assigned to that job will receive an immediate notification, keeping all team members informed and aligned with the task status within the respective job.
Task Flagging Workflow (AI) - Admin, Manager, or Integrator users can now easily flag issues within tasks by selecting the "Flag Issue" option in the action menu. This transitions the job to a 'Flagged' status and notifies all assigned installers, streamlining the issue resolution process and enhancing communication within the team.
Resolve Flags (AI) - Users with Admin, Manager, or Integrator roles can now easily resolve flagged issues within tasks in Alloy Install.
