Features
Walk & Talk - Walk & Talk is an AI voice assistant for the mobile Work Management app. When creating a task, users will be able to dictate a description of the problem, and AI will use cues in the description to prefill the task category, subcategory, and place. This feature will make task creation for teams even easier, especially for those on the go throughout the community. Users will also be able to add additional task types by clicking the Add Another button at the bottom of the screen; this will enable more efficient creation of multiple tasks at once. The new Add Another functionality is avaialble for all task types. We are currently in a private beta for Walk & Talk; if you are interested in joining, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Accessibility Updates Phase 2 - We have made several accessibility updates to meet the requirements of the App and Play stores. These updates comply with the specific WCAG Level A and AA standards, allowing users with disabilities such as loss of vision mobility to more easily use our app. Specific updates to the resident app include brand and color contrast updates, the ability to zoom and scale the interface, keyboard tabbing changes, and screen reader usability updates including alternate texts, links, and more. For Work Management Web, we have implemented a notification letting users know if their selected brand color is not accessible against the background for the resident app due to the accessibility standards.

SmartStart - SmartStart is a new feature within Alloy Install that allows users to scan the QR code found on Z-Wave Plus devices to send the needed information to a hub and automatically pairing to a device when it is first powered on. This feature will shorten installation times, reduce inefficiencies, and increase user satisfaction. Please view this article for more information.
