Recent Product Releases - May 2023

Access Control

Features

AAC-2001 Temporary Door Modes - Now users can set “Temporary Door” modes for an AAC-2001 device. Temporary door modes are great for closing up the leasing office early on occasion or blocking off the gym for needed maintenance work. When on the Doors page, users will see “Temporary Door” modes and “Duration” as options. Once set, the system overrides any schedules assigned to the door for the specified duration or until the user manually changes the mode. Once the duration has concluded, the door will revert back to its regular schedule.

Update Side Navigation Bar - We added icons to the side navigation bar to improve the user experience as well as improve the aesthetics of the platform.

Alloy Pass Schlage Lock Audits - Door audits are available for Alloy Pass users, allowing them to review the most recent events at a door. By enabling users to review the most recent events at a door, site teams now have insight into activity around the community, and installers are able to test and troubleshoot their work. Users now see an “Audit” button after connecting to a lock. Upon tapping the button, the event files from the door are requested and loaded to the Alloy Access reports page. Note: If the action is successful, the user will see a banner message that reads: “Successfully Pulled Audit.” If the action fails for any reason, the user will see a banner message that reads: “Door audit failed, please try again later.”

Work Management

Features

Boards Move In Move Out (MIMO) Risk Indicator - This new feature enables users to view and better understand project risk. Risk is calculated based on the project due date and is compared to the next move in date. This is useful to any users of our Boards feature as it will help them better manage their make ready projects.

Answer Automation

Features
