Community Manager Web 1.93.0
Features
Filter Unlocked Doors First In Door Mode Table - This feature reduces time spent searching for unlocked doors. If the Alloy Access integration is enabled at your community, you can click the Access tab on the left navigation bar, and then select the Doors tab to see the unlocked doors filter first within the table.
Notify Resident Logic Change - Site Staff can disable all notifications for a specific work order type. When disabled, residents will not receive a notification when a work order is created or completed regardless of whether the resident has opted-in for push notifications. Organization Administrators can follow the steps below to change maintenance notifications:
Select Settings from the left navigation bar
Click the Maintenance tab
Select or deselect the Notify Resident box for each Work Order Type
Click Save in the bottom right corner
Bug Fixes
Peak Rewards Enrollment Error is Preventing any New Enrollments - We have corrected a bug preventing residents from enrolling themselves in the Peak Rewards Program.
Don’t Send Access Email To Residents Upon Move-in - This feature will stop sending access emails to residents that move into units that do not have smart access devices associated with their unit. Moving forward, residents will only receive an access email if they have a smart lock on their unit or Community Access is enabled at your community.
Self-Guided Tours 2.54.0
Features
Client View Prospect Waitlist - We have added a view so that you can see which prospects are on a touring waitlist. This view helps to gauge demand and provide additional insight that can inform business strategy.
With the waitlist feature enabled (Settings → Tours → Tours Schedule), you can view this data by visiting the Prospects section of the Tours table where a new column titled Waitlist has been added. You can use the filter to view which prospects on the waitlist.
Add Property Logo to Unit Selection Page - We have provided you with the ability to further personalize the prospect’s experience by uploading property logos to the Tour Web App. This capability expands on your ability to provide a visual experience consistent with your brand.
Logo file recommendation: PNG file format, 150 pixels tall by 350 pixels wide.
Display Property Map on Unit Selection Page - We have improved the touring experience by providing prospects the opportunity to view tourable homes on a property map prior to selecting which home(s) they will tour. If your community has a static or Engrain map configured, prospects will be shown a section below the tourable homes list titled Explore Property. When a home is selected, prospects can select the VIEW SELECTED UNITS ON MAP button, and a map will open showing where the tourable home is within the community. Providing a map during the home selection process enables prospects to tailor the tour to their needs resulting in a superior experience (Example: they might prefer to tour the home closest to a particular amenity or they might want to minimize walking distance so they chose homes that are centrally located, etc.).
