Community Manager Web 1.90.0

Features

Multiple Yardi Credentials - We have created a new credential table so that Organization Admins can store and save multiple integration credentials to reference for ease of use. This feature is especially useful for properties that have multiple credentials for one integration. Additionally, it will help fee managers to better organize and track credential sets. Fee managers typically manage or operate one or more properties for a client. Some companies may have multiple fee managers within their organization; this new feature allows these individuals to name credential sets specific to their group of properties to eliminate confusion among fee managers and others.

This new credential table gives Organization Admins the ability to add, edit or remove organization-level credentials for Yardi integrations. The credential table includes three sections: (1) Provider; (2) Name; and (3) Edit. The Edit section includes a pencil icon and a trash icon; here users can modify or delete existing credentials. Clicking the Add New Credential button opens a sidebar to add new credentials. When adding new credentials for Yardi, users can name the credential and choose whether to apply the credential to all interfaces. The following interfaces can have credentials added to them:

1. GuestCard

2. Resident

3. ServiceRequest

Please reach out to your account manager for our Org Credentials Support Guide for further information.

Ring Welcome Email - When a resident moves in, they will receive a Ring welcome email if their unit has a Ring device present. This email will provide the resident with an overview of how to set up their device using the Ring app; this email will also provide residents with instructions on how to connect their Ring and SmartRent accounts. Clients can customize this email template by going to Org Settings Templates Consumer - Ring Welcome. The email will take the resident through the step-by-step process of setting up the device and using the Ring and SmartRent mobile apps.

Hub Status Report - We added a Region Column to the Hub Status Report. This update provides further information about the status of all hubs by informing the user of the current region in which the hub is located which, therefore, increases visibility and convenience. The Regions column is the last column, Column J, in the Hub Status Report.

Two-Factor Authentication Prompt After Password Creation - This update prompts Community Manager Web users to add account security early in their account creation process. During the password creation process, users will be prompted to optionally set up two-factor authentication within their profile settings.

Bug Fixes

Repetitive Ring Motion Alerts - Users had previously been receiving multiple repetitive Ring motion alerts. This bug fix resolves this issue so that now users only receive the alert once.

CMW Mobile Web Auto Sign-Out - Community Manager Web users accessing the platform on their mobile device via the Mobile Web browser (not the Community Manager Mobile app) should be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity. However, clients noticed that they remained logged in indefinitely after this time. This bug fix resolves this problem and signs users out after 15 minutes as expected.

Self-Guided Tours 2.50

Features

Add Videos 1.0 - You can now add a YouTube video link to amenities within Community Manager Web. There is a maximum of one video per amenity, and private YouTube videos are not supported. Prospects will be able to view videos by tapping on the amenities within the tours app. Videos provide prospects with a more immersive experience and will allow prospects to view areas they are not able to during their tour. To add videos within Community Manager Web, navigate to Settings Tours Amenities then edit an existing amenity or add a new one and input the public YouTube link.

Tour Report 2.0 - We have added new data to the Tour Report; this includes SmartRent Unit ID, SmartRent Group ID, Prospect ID, Cancelled Date (for tours that have been cancelled), and Region. This update provides clients with more data so they can better understand the performance of Self-Guided Tours.
